The equipment consists of 5 parts. That is, main body of concentrator, condenser, vapor-liquid separator, cooler and liquid receiving barrel. Concentrator is the jacketed type; cooler has the structure of the coils type. It is widely applied to concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industry. It can also be functioned as alcohol recovery as well as simple process of extraction and refluxing. All the part in contact with media are made by high quality stainless steel, which features good corrosion-resistant performance in accordance with the GMP standard.
The device features the operation at vacuum state. By using vacuum, we can greatly reduce the pressure inside vessel and evaporator/concentrate the materials at a much lower temperature in order to do no harm to the heat-sensitive materials.
